Operated exactly like the plugin: double-click the spectrum to add a band, drag its body or edges, Shift to solo, Alt to keep its width, Cmd/Ctrl for fine, wheel for width. Out 2 to 9 are not audible in the browser. The sound is a simplified rebuild; your file stays on your device.
In detail
Bands
Up to eight bands, placed anywhere. They can overlap, leave gaps or sit inside each other. Whatever no band covers goes to REST, a path of its own with the same processing.
Shift-drag a band to audition it alone while you sweep.
Processing
Every band runs gain, compressor, lookahead limiter and saturation, with level matching between the stages and a wet/dry mix. Process it in stereo with width control, in mono, or as mid/side with separate mid and side paths. DYN reacts to the band's own level.
Routing
Send each band to Main or to one of eight extra outputs, Out 2 to 9. Switches, solo and mute crossfade over 15 ms, so nothing clicks.
For Studio One, NORI-8 MultiOut is included: it gives each output its own mixer channel.
Sum and modes
Main ends in a sum strip: glue compressor, soft clip, true-peak limiter, output level and mono check.
MIX mode splits the spectrum with exact spectral masks. TRACKING mode uses zero-latency crossovers for recording and monitoring.
Workflow
